Cantaloupe & Corn Salad with Cucumber & Basil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cups cantaloupe balls
  • 3/4 cup raw sweet corn kernels (sliced off the cob)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced English cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped or torn fresh basil (mint works as well)
  • Pink sea salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gently toss the ingredients until combined.
