Watermelon with Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 heaping cups watermelon balls (I used a melon baller, cubed melon is fine)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped roasted salted macadamia nuts

Instructions
 

  • Gently fold the watermelon with the lemon juice, if using.
  • Top with macadamia nuts right before serving.
