Jicama Wrap Tacos with Hummus & Veggies

Ingredients
4
jicama wraps (Trader Joe's) or your favorite wrap/tortilla
Hummus
Crushed red pepper flakes
Dried oregano
Freshly cracked black pepper
Pink sea salt
Thinly sliced English cucumber
Shredded romaine
Grated carrots
Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper (red and orange work too)
Sliced avocado (optional)
Sprouted pepitas
Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Carefully lay out the wraps.
Spread a generous layer of hummus down the center of each wrap.
Season with red pepper flakes, oregano, pepper and salt.
Layer on the rest of the ingredients, followed by a light squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Fold in half and enjoy!
