Jicama Wrap Tacos with Hummus & Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 4 jicama wraps (Trader Joe's) or your favorite wrap/tortilla
  • Hummus
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Dried oregano
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Pink sea salt
  • Thinly sliced English cucumber
  • Shredded romaine
  • Grated carrots
  • Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper (red and orange work too)
  • Sliced avocado (optional)
  • Sprouted pepitas
  • Fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Carefully lay out the wraps.
  • Spread a generous layer of hummus down the center of each wrap.
  • Season with red pepper flakes, oregano, pepper and salt.
  • Layer on the rest of the ingredients, followed by a light squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • Fold in half and enjoy!
