frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)

frozen very ripe banana slices

creamy peanut butter (no added oil or sugar)

pure pea protein powder (optional)

toasted coconut almond milk blend (I use Califia) or unsweetened unflavored oat milk (I use Silk)
Toppings
Peanut butter
Hemp hearts
Toasted almond slices
Banana slices
Berries
Instructions
In a food processor, blend until smooth, breaking up the frozen fruit as you go if necessary.
Spoon the blended mixture into a bowl, then pile on the toppings.
