1/2cupunsweetened unflavored coconut milk yogurt (I use So Delicious)
2tablespoonspure pea protein powder (optional)
1tablespoonalmond butter (no added oil or sugar)
1tablespoonpure maple syrup, or to taste
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
3dashesground cinnamon
Toppings
Peach slices
Roasted almonds (I used salted Marcona)
Hemp hearts
Maple syrup
Instructions
Chill your serving bowl in the freezer while preparing.
In a food processor, blend all of the smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy. Scraping down the sides and breaking up the frozen chunks as necessary.
Scoop into the chilled bowl.
Top with peach slices, almonds, hemp hearts, and a drizzle of maple syrup, if you wish.
