arugula

fresh raw corn kernels, scraped off the cob

diced peach (about 1 medium peach)

diced avocado (about 1/2 medium-large avocado)

toasted sliced almonds

high-quality balsamic vinegar
Pink sea salt, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Gently toss all of the ingredients together until combined, being sure to include as much peach and corn juice as possible. Taste and adjust ingredient amounts accordingly.
