Cucumber Chia Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup diced English cucumber (seeds and skin intact)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch pink sea salt
  • 3/4 cup chilled water, or enough to reach desired consistency
  • 2 plump medjool dates, softened in hot water (optional, for additional sweetness)

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth. Taste, and adjust if desired.
