Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups juicy orange segments (about 1 1/2 medium-large oranges, refrigerated)
  • 3/4 cup roughly chopped carrot (I used baby carrots)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple and/or mango bits
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth.
