Peaches & Cream Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup frozen very ripe banana slices
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened unflavored coconut milk yogurt (I use So Delicious)
  • 2 tablespoons pure pea protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (no added oil or sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 dashes ground cinnamon
Toppings
  • Peach slices
  • Roasted almonds (I used salted Marcona)
  • Hemp hearts
  • Maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Chill your serving bowl in the freezer while preparing.
  2. In a food processor, blend all of the smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy. Scraping down the sides and breaking up the frozen chunks as necessary.
  3. Scoop into the chilled bowl.
  4. Top with peach slices, almonds, hemp hearts, and a drizzle of maple syrup, if you wish.
