Strawberry Coconut Beet Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced refrigerated cooked beets (peeled)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen very ripe banana slices
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened unflavored coconut milk yogurt (So Delicious)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened unflavored oat milk (Silk or Oatly)
  • 1 large plump medjool date, torn into 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch pink sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking.
