Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen ripe banana slices
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 1/4 cup refrigerated orange segments (I used 2 small navel oranges)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 7 ounces silken tofu (1/2 block)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch pink sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts, optional

Method
 

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste, and adjust ingredient amounts if you like.
