whole grain toast (I like Dave's Killer Bread, use gluten-free if necessary)

heaping tablespoons
peanut butter (no added oil or sugar)

cup
frozen blueberries (fresh works too)

dashes
ground cinnamon

teaspoon
hemp hearts
Instructions
If using frozen blueberries, microwave in 25-second intervals until hot.
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the toast.
Top with the blueberries, followed by the cinnamon, and hemp hearts.
