rolled oats

unsweetened unflavored oat milk (I use Silk)

mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)

heaping tablespoon
salted almond butter (no added oil or sugar)
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
Granola; for topping
Toasted roughly chopped pecans; for topping
Instructions
Combine the oats and oat milk. Let the oats soak for at least 4 hours in the fridge. (I often soak mine overnight.)
Blend the oats and oat milk, berries, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
Top with granola and toasted pecans.
