Berry Crisp Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened unflavored oat milk (I use Silk)
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon salted almond butter (no added oil or sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Granola; for topping
  • Toasted roughly chopped pecans; for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine the oats and oat milk. Let the oats soak for at least 4 hours in the fridge. (I often soak mine overnight.)
  • Blend the oats and oat milk, berries, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Top with granola and toasted pecans.
