whole grain toast (I use Dave's Killer Bread, choose gluten-free if necessary)

tablespoons
salted peanut butter (no added oil or sugar)

dashes
ground cinnamon
1/3 to 1/2
cup
diced fresh plums, or enough to cover toast
Instructions
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the toast.
Top the toast with cinnamon.
Arrange the plums on top.
