Olive Oil Popcorn with Dark Chocolate, Macadamia Nuts & Dates

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups prepared sea salt olive oil popcorn (I used a bag of Trader Joe's Organic Popcorn with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 25 grams (2 squares) high-quality dark chocolate (I used 71%), melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped salted roasted macadamia nuts
  • 1 large soft Medjool date; pit removed, chopped or torn into small pieces

Instructions
 

  • Put the popcorn in a medium bowl.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the popcorn.
  • Top the chocolate covered popcorn with the chopped macadamia nuts and date.
