fresh baby spinach

unsweetened unflavored oat milk (I use Silk)

frozen strawberries

cup
sliced refrigerated very ripe banana (1 medium-large banana)

mashed refrigerated avocado

tablespoons
creamy almond butter (no added oil or sugar)

tablespoons
pure pea protein powder (I use Trader Joe's Organic Pea Protein Powder)

tablespoon
flaxseed meal (I use Bob's Red Mill)

spirulina powder

ground cinnamon
Hemp hearts, for topping
Instructions
Blend the spinach and oat milk until well combined.
Add the other ingredients (besides the hemp), then blend until smooth.
Top with hemp hearts.
