Ingredients

cup
unsweetened unflavored coconut milk yogurt (I use So Delicious)
2
tablespoons
natural peanut butter (no added oil or sugar)
1
tablespoon
pure maple syrup, or to taste
1/2
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
For Layering:
Thawed frozen mixed berries (I used blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries)
Banana slices
Peanut butter
Hemp hearts (optional)
Instructions
Mix the yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Taste, and adjust the ingredient amounts to your liking.
In a glass, layer 1/3 of the yogurt followed by berries and banana slices.
Repeat twice more, then top off your parfait with a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of hemp hearts, if you wish.
