unsweetened, unflavored oat milk (I used coconut oat milk... which I guess isn't "unflavored" after all)

frozen nectarine slices

frozen blueberries

refrigerated banana slices (about 1/2 large banana)

salted natural almond butter (no added oil or sugar)

hemp hearts

pure vanilla extract

ground cinnamon
Toppings
Roughly chopped toasted pecans
Granola
Instructions
Soak the oats in the milk until softened, or overnight (refrigerated).
Blend everything until smooth. Add more milk if necessary—the soaked oats provided enough "liquid" for me.
Top with toasted pecans and granola.
