Strawberry Banana Maca Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup frozen very ripe banana slices
  • 1 1/4 cup halved frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen medium-small cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter, optional
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened unflavored oat milk (I use Silk or Oatly original)
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 dashes ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch pink sea salt

Toppings

  • Sliced strawberries
  • Sliced bananas
  • Toasted walnut pieces
  • Toasted sliced almonds
  • Hemp hearts

Instructions
 

  • Place your smoothie serving bowl in the freezer.
  • Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients in a food processor until well-combined and smooth, pausing to break up with a spoon as necessary. Taste and adjust the ingredient amounts to your liking.
  • Spoon the mixture into your chilled bowl, then arrange your toppings as desired.
