Berry Crisp Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened unflavored oat milk (I use Silk)
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon salted almond butter (no added oil or sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Granola; for topping
  • Toasted roughly chopped pecans; for topping

Method
 

  1. Combine the oats and oat milk. Let the oats soak for at least 4 hours in the fridge. (I often soak mine overnight.)
  2. Blend the oats and oat milk, berries, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Top with granola and toasted pecans.
