Easy Vegan Pumpkin Spiced Maple Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened unflavored coconutmilk yogurt (I use SoDelicious)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Granola or nut snack mix, for topping (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a medium-small bowl, whisk the yogurt, pumpkin, maple syrup, and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Add the spices, then whisk again.
  3. Top with granola or nut snack mix before serving, if you like.
