plump medjool date, torn into pieces

quick cooking oats (not instant)
Pink sea salt, to taste

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4

unsweetened unflavored oat milk (Silk or Oatly)

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1 1/2
teaspoon
drippy tahini (no added oil or sugar)

teaspoon
pure maple syrup
Ground cinnamon, for topping
Fresh fruit, for serving
Instructions
In a small pot bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Stir in the date, oats, salt, and cinnamon, then simmer for 3 minutes on low, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the milk and vanilla, then warm over low heat for another minute.
Spoon the oatmeal into a bowl, then top with the tahini, maple syrup, and more cinnamon. Serve with fruit for topping.
