Peanut Butter & Plum Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice whole grain toast (I use Dave's Killer Bread, choose gluten-free if necessary)
  • 2 tablespoons salted peanut butter (no added oil or sugar)
  • 4 dashes ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup diced fresh plums, or enough to cover toast

Method
 

  1. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the toast.
  2. Top the toast with cinnamon.
  3. Arrange the plums on top.
