Strawberry Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups small dice fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/4 cup small dice ripe firm avocado (1 medium-large avocado)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno, or to taste
  • Pink sea salt, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 425. Place tortilla chips in a single layer on a metal baking sheet. Toast for 5-6 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile, gently fold the strawberries, avocado, lime zest, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt together. Taste, and adjust the ingredient amounts if desired.
  3. Let the salsa rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy immediately.
