I usually prefer a tall glass of good ole H2O over all other beverages.
Unless we’re talking fruity cocktails.
I bought a bunch of basil from the store the other day.
And when I say “a bunch” I mean a whole lot.
Fruity cocktails are my favorite.
And when I say “fruity,” I mean real fruit is right up in that drink.
I could never become vegan.
Okay, “never” is a very strong word, but cheese! ice cream! yogurt! cheese again!
Once upon a time I purchased an $8 smoothie from a fancy schmancy healthy chain that shall remain unnamed.
First I cried because what the heck I just spent 8 whole bucks on a nonalcoholic beverage?!

So lazy that I always keep some whole wheat couscous in the pantry. Always.
Recently, I’ve been seeing a lot of recipes for Chocolate Avocado Pudding.
And noticing all the recipe reviews saying how “amaaazzzing” this stuff is.
Avocados have to be one of my favorite vegetables… er fruit? They are so fresh and creamy, and good for you too. As long as you don’t eat like five a day. That might be a bit much.
