Growing up, I always ordered a creamy mango lassi with dinner at my fam’s favorite Indian spot.
Until I realized just how much added refined sugar (not just sugar from the mangoes, mind you) can potentially be packed into one of those decadent fruity glasses.
Hooray! Just another excuse to consume peanut butter in a somewhat healthy manner.
And at the very beginning of the day.
I probably definitely consume too much nut butter on a regular basis.
It’s kind of easy to do, since I pretty much always have ginormous Costco jars of creamy peanut butter and almond butter stuffed away in my fridge and cupboards.

I don’t know how you all feel about New Year’s resolutions, but personally I’m not a huge believer.
Shortly after returning to my apartment post Christmas, I discovered a few soft, seemingly depressed apples withering away on the bottom shelf of my fridge.
First, I was confused because I had purchased those suckers less than a week ago.
