Wahoo it’s 2018 (somehow) and yeah that means time to get back on the healthy track after December (and November) came and went in a big way.
Big platefuls of food and even bigger glasses of adult beverages.
Fa la la la la I consumed way too much sugar and alcohol this past week but that’s okay because the holidays just wouldn’t be the same without festive desserts and booze.
All that sounds good right now though is fresh fruit and veggies.
I do have a thing for veggie fresh rolls.
97.3% of that slight obsession can be blamed on peanut sauce.

Because you can basically invite whatever veggies and protein you have lingering in your fridge/freezer/cupboard/garden along with your rice + various sauces, depending on your mood.
