Tuna is one of those foods that people either adore or detest.
Clearly I’m an adorer since this post is featuring tuna salad and all.
Sometimes I enjoy breakfast for dinner even more than breakfast for breakfast.
I mean, it’s pretty hard to beat a hot stack of fluffy pancakes smothered with crunchy peanut butter and pure maple syrup after a long day.
As you can probably tell, I’m on a bit of a grains kick these days.

Last week I consumed a ridiculous amount of bread, cheese and more bread.
I’m not complaining or anything.
I could never become vegan.
Okay, “never” is a very strong word, but cheese! ice cream! yogurt! cheese again!
