Sometimes I enjoy breakfast for dinner even more than breakfast for breakfast.
I mean, it’s pretty hard to beat a hot stack of fluffy pancakes smothered with crunchy peanut butter and pure maple syrup after a long day.

As you can probably tell, I’m on a bit of a grains kick these days.
Don’t worry though, a cocktail recipe shall come your way soon.
I. Love. Oatmeal.
In college I lived off of instant oatmeal smothered with the biggest glob of peanut butter.
Once upon a time I purchased an $8 smoothie from a fancy schmancy healthy chain that shall remain unnamed.
First I cried because what the heck I just spent 8 whole bucks on a nonalcoholic beverage?!
When I’m feeling extra lazy (and very hungry), smoothies always come to mind.
I’m mean really, you just throw a bunch of random ish into a blender then chug.
Figuring out what to do with leftover ingredients is actually quite fun.
It’s like a game (kind of).
