No no, sadly there isn’t any peanut butter involved today, but there are lightly salted roasted peanuts!
Which are almost as good, but not quite (let’s be real).

Socca? Wtf is socca?
Well my friend, it’s a tasty flatbreadish deal that just so happens to be super easy to whip up right in your own kitchen.
I can never turn down a big ole bowl of noodles.
Especially when those noods are tossed in a sesame sauce with bright, crisp veggies!
Fa la la la la I consumed way too much sugar and alcohol this past week but that’s okay because the holidays just wouldn’t be the same without festive desserts and booze.
All that sounds good right now though is fresh fruit and veggies.
I do have a thing for veggie fresh rolls.
97.3% of that slight obsession can be blamed on peanut sauce.
One of my go-to quick and healthy (and tasty, obviously) dishes is fried rice.
Because you can basically invite whatever veggies and protein you have lingering in your fridge/freezer/cupboard/garden along with your rice + various sauces, depending on your mood.
Every year I look forward to enjoying an especially large vat of pasta swathed in creamy pumpkin sauce.
Obviously it would be out of the question to dine on such a cozy fall themed dish during the bright spring and summer months.
Let me start off by saying that this pasta situation tastes much better than it looks.
Yeah I know, it really isn’t the most visually appealing edible subject.
