Wooeee it’s a cooker!

The past weekend was filled with bikinis, boating, boozing, and babes.

Plus 47 too many peanut butter stuffed pretzels aka Saturday’s dinner, and a lack of AC.

So I figured it was about time to get something healthy and refreshing in the system while simultaneously cooling my insides and satisfying my forever high maintenance sweet tooth.

Yep, we’re talking another smoothie.

Because why not?

This one is filled with summer’s finest peaches (frozen for the extra chill factor), rolled oats soaked in unsweetened original almond milk, creamy coconut milk yogurt, nutty almond butter, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ginger, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Sounds like peach crumble in liquid form, which definitely got me jazzed.

Sprinkle some of your favorite granola on top then call it a day.

Hawt.

P.S. Feel free to drizzle in more maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter fruity beverage.

P.P.S. If you have pecan butter on hand that would be a mighty fine sub for the almond variety.

P.P.P.S. I actually swam in Lake Washington last weekend! Aren’t you proud? And I managed to not panic or swallow lake water. Hooray.
