This creamy, naturally sweet Peanut Butter Apple Smoothie is looking like a snack and a half!

I thought I’d take the common apple slices + peanut butter combo and blend it up into a delicious drinkable treat.

Because sometimes chewing is just too much work for this lazy girl and you know I’ll take any opportunity to inhale oat milk.

Plus cinnamon…

Wow this concoction really does contain a lot of my favorite staples!

Perhaps you have all the ingredients on hand yourself…

All you have to do is blend up frozen banana slices, juicy diced apple, a generous blob of nutty peanut butter, protein-packed hemp hearts, fragrant ground cinnamon, real deal vanilla extract plus a splash of original oat milk, of course.

Pour it up!

Then top her off with another plop of peanut butter along with a few apple slices for extra credit.

P.S. Yess almond milk could work in place of oat milk, and almond butter in lieu of the peanut butter if you’re pb averse or allergic—I’m terribly sorry if that’s the case.

P.P.S. Should I invest in a glass straw?? My shakes are normally thicc so I tend to utilize a spoon but it might come in handy for smoothies, don’t you think?
