Hello hello!

This recipe right here is extremely easy and even more delicious.

Plus there are a lot of snacks you could include this fruity little combo in!

Now I’m not normally one to add anything to my fruit.

Fresh fruit is delicious as is.

Those sugary yogurt dressings often tossed into fruit salads quite honestly make me want to cry.

But.

The addition of a little citrus plus fancy pants salt really does elevate this strawberry mango combo.

All you have to do it chop up a sweet champagne mango and juicy strawberries, fold in lime zest + juice, then add a pinch of pink sea salt.

The flavors be poppin’ my friends!

We’re talking sweet and sour, like nature’s version of Sour Patch Kids.

Want to turn this small snack into a big snack?

Layer avocado toast with a couple spoonfuls of the zesty fruit. Yumm.

Spoon plain unsweetened coconut milk yogurt into a bowl followed by your fruit and a sprinkle of toasted sliced almonds. Drool.

Whip up a mango banana smoothie bowl complete with this sweet topping. Yes.

Scoop up a serving (or two) of vegan vanilla ice cream and, you guessed it, finish her off with your mouth-watering strawberry mango mix! Hallelujah.

P.S. Can’t get your hands on champagne mangoes aka ataulfo mangoes? Any grocery store mango will do. Just make sure it’s ripe! Apparently you can spell the plural of mango “mangoes” or “mangos…” why English why?? (Probably because the original word isn’t actually English but whatever.)

P.P.S. I highly recommend making this recipe when the fruits are in season—strawberries that taste like borderline nothing are not worth your time or dollar. Especially with inflation. Jeesh.

P.P.P.S. Serve this recipe at your summer picnic, potluck or party and I guarantee you won’t have leftovers. Most likely because I will show up and inhale it all. Shh.

P.P.P.P.S. You get a plethora of very similar photos this week due to my lack of decisiveness. Also known as indecisiveness. You’re welcome.
