Do I consume caffeine?
Well nope.
Because your girl can’t hang.
But actually some green teas make me sweat and panic, plus espresso brownies keep me up all night, jittering in bed like a lunatic.
Not fun.
So yes pumpkin spice lattes are everywhere, therefore I had to concoct my very own cupful of fall joy.
Just minus the dairy and the caffeine, of course.
Easy.
Oh, and dare I say this guy is somewhat healthy?
Well it is because there’s real pumpkin puree involvedĀ (howdy veggie) and it’s sweetened with pure maple syrup.
So there.
Include a creamy coconut almond milk base (aka calcium), add a splash of vanilla extract, and a dash of pumpkin spice, then you’re all set my fall-loving friend.
Bonus points if you top your mug off with a luscious coconut whip.
