Vegan Coconut Almond Banana Shake

Vegan Coconut Almond Banana Shake | Living Healthy in Seattle

Shake it shake shake it.

Yep, you guessed it, it’s vegan shake time and hello this guy is thickkk, creamy, and healthy enough for breakfast!

Because we have fruit + protein and no added sugar!

All that lovely sweetness comes from your speckled banana friend.

Yes there is fat involved due to our lush canned coconut milk, but hey, you need fat to survive peeps!

Now I don’t recommend downing one of these bad boys on a daily basis but you can certainly enjoy such a shake regularly enough to get your fix.

Sounds good to me.

All you have to do is blend up frozen sweet banana slices, nutty almond butter, ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, and refrigerated canned full-fat coconut milk until you’re rewarded with an absolutely mouth-watering dessert/breakfast/snack/dinner because we’re all adults here and a meal is a meal, okay?

Oh and don’t forget that almond butter drizzle and toasted unsweetened coconut flake sprinkle!

P.S. Make sure your bananas are ripe before freezing… green bananas aren’t invited to this party.

P.P.S. Well yes now that you mention it peanut butter would be absolutely lovely mixed up in this sweet thang. (If almond butter is a bit too pricey or if you just adore pb like me.)
