I got my peaches out in Georgia…
And made a smoothie bowl, obviously.
Now I know I recently featured a smoothie bowl (which was damn good, if I do say so myself) but I had to whip up another with a different flavor profile.
Because you like what you like.
And spoonable smoothies just do it for me, okay?
This guy is packed with frozen sweet peaches along with frozen banana slices, creamy dreamy coconut milk yogurt, pure pea protein powder (optional, but gainz), nutty almond butter, a splash of pure maple syrup, real deal vanilla extract, and a few dashes of fragrant cinnamon.
Pulse and blend and blend and pulse until your smoothie bowl fantasies come to fruition.
Then spoon into a chilled aesthetically pleasing bowl and top with those beautiful peach slices, roasted almonds (salted Marcona for a real treat), earthy hemp hearts + a drizzle of glistening syrup.
…Oh yeah, s***
P.S. Be patient, you will probably need to stop your food processor to break up the frozen chunks a few times until your smoothie bowl finally comes together. If you add too much “liquid” aka yogurt, you’ll end up with a smoothie on your hands and that’s not what we’re going for today honey.
